Tenant Absentism in court.

If a Tenant not appearing for hearing nor his lawyer in the court for last two times,whether this is allowed. how many times he or his lawyer can remain absent in the court, Whether court can take any action on them.

if the summons or notice has been served and in spite of that he does not appear, the court can set him exparte and proceed on merits.

on the next date of hearing press for exparte proceedings if the summons have been served and the tenant is not appearing.
