I have query on Tenancy Rights in Pagadi System. I want to know what is process that if there are 2 Room, Room A & Room B now both room owner want to inter change (no Sale/Purchase) just room inter change. so what is process to follow from legal point of view & also does it requires to do stamp duty & registration ?
