1. My fathers hold slum hut since 1977 in Mumbai after some years he purchase another two huts in the name of my mother. Can mother has owned two huts her name though my father is alive?
2. Normally hut owner i.e. tenant of BMC transfer the tenancy rights to other stating that he / she viz buyer is residing me since last few years and now i am transfering the hut to him / her with or without consideration. Is this type of transfer is valid?
3. If any person owns two or more slum huts in his name, so can he is elegible for ration cards for every hut? Now in Mumbai Ration Card Office demanding Aadhar Card and Bank account for each ration card then how a person owning more than one properties or hut can give these documents for every ration cards?
