Hi Sir,
I am a tenant stayed in bangalore & staying in a house on 11 month rent agreement.
Owner & myself in the beginning of the agreement orally agreed to continue the tenancy after 11 months. But now owner is refusing to extend the period and forcing me to vacate it (The tenancy expires on 5th Sep 2014). Being a family person i find it difficult to change and trying to convince owner but he is not accepting. What are all the options i have now could you pls advise me, otherwise i may get into trouble.
