Hello. gujarat government has made amendment in bombay tenancy settlement and agricultural land act 1948 by introducing more liberation under section 63. in gujarat state rest of saurashtra region the said act is applicable while in Saurashtra region they applies Saurashtra Gharkhed and Tenancy Settlemet ordinance 1949. As the Saurashtra region is already included in Gujarat since 1-5-1961.
why authority is allowing application of Saurashtra Gharkhed and Tenancy Settlemet ordinance 1949 to Saurashtra region only. why bombay tenancy settlement and agricultural land act 1948 is not applicable to Saurashtra region?
As they are many amedments in bombay tenancy settlement and agricultural land act 1948 which are not amended for Saurashtra Gharkhed and Tenancy Settlemet ordinance 1949
particularly regarding method of eviction of land of farmer under section 75 to whom who has purchased land breaching section 54. As government of Gujarat has added section 84 c and section 63 AA to Ac under amedments in bombay tenancy settlement and agricultural land act 1948.
