Hello,

At no point of time a tenant can be Owner of the property, he has to prove his adverse possession and nature of his holding of the land.

can an tenant be asked to be evicted on bonanfide requirement under the law inspite of landlord possissing  huge amount of properties in the same city and some property being vacant and also let out and can he specifically evict only one tenant and others are left free and not complaining other tenent who have sublet

and after filing the case can a landlord rent his property where he has filed a case of eviction under the act of tenancy under bonafide requiremnt.

is  bonafide requirement justified or just landlord is in need of higher rents.
