Telephone billing issue

Hello Sir/Madam,

Kindly Help me,i have issue regarding my phone bill.

I was using an postpaid aircel number since oct, 2013 then switched my same number to vodafone. I was using a unlimited internet plan on aircel no. My issue is that aircel company sent me a bill for the period of my last bill to date of switching ( 27th Sept 13 to 7th oct 2013) but in that they are charging rental of that unlimited internet plan as well certain amount for extra usage of internet?

Then my concern is that why they are charging for extra usage if they are taking rental charge for the same unlimited plan??

 

Please help me because when i contacted the customer care, they are saying bill is correct and you will have to pay the bill,and keep calling me. what should i do? Am i right or aircel company is right?

 

what action should i take if i am right?

You can get clarifications fro airtel officials correctly. Go and meet them personally  alongwith your bill. So that they will ready to clarify all your doubts.
