Sir, My Query is that I am going in a contract with one company, they provide me photocopy machine with paper & service. They charge from me 0.41 paisa per copy to me. In one month this amount comes RS 40000/-. Please advise me I deduct the TDS under catagory TDS on contractor, which portion they charges the VAT & which portion they charges the service tax. If you have any circulor please give the reference.
