As per the Tamil nadu act no 29/2012 made that GPA, Sale agreement, Deposit of title deeds , Construction agreement for Flats/Apartments as Compulsory registrable under Indian Registration act 1908 under sec 17 & Given effect from 01.12.12 onwards. Whereas as per the Tamil nadu act no 18/2013 now the government made another amendment in Indian stamp act regarding construction agreement effect from 01.10.13 & Given directions to Registration dept all the construction agreement to be registered from 01.10.13. so the Registration effected from 01.12.12 whereas stamp act effected from 01.10.13 if any of the Construction agreement executed in between these dates what will be the consequences?
