Supreme court - special leave petition listing rules

Hello, I had filed a Special Leave Petition (Criminal) at Supreme Court and the opposite party filed counter affidavit. When the matter came up before Registrar and he submitted it for listing in open court after 2 months ! I thought as per rules it should be listed within 15 days. Am I missing something ?
