Hello, we are looking for following two Supreme Court of India cases regarding eviction of tenant.
1. First, where the Apex Court was upset for long (maybe 15-20 years) delay in execution of decree and eviction of tenant.
2. Second, where the Apex Court stated that technicalities like area of suit property are irrelevant when the Apex Court has confirmed and decided upon a case.
