Superdari of vehicle

Can i get a superdari of vehicle which i have purchased but didnt get it transferred or registered to my name which means im nt a registered owner of that vehicle.And im having all the required documnets such as RC,insurance,sale letter except Power of Attorney.So is there any another way to get that vehicle released from the court without power of attorney?

No you should have power of attorney or authority letter from the registered owner of vehicle to take physical possession on superdari order from the court.

Court will release the  vehicle only either to registered owner of vehicle or power of attorney holder/authorized person.
