Interim Maintainence
Judge orders the show of documents mentioned by us....... other party refuse to accept availability of such documents.......... now, we asked for sumons to be issued on the concerned parties to make available the documents......... judge now says to go by the affidavits filed by other party and reply filed by us.........
Couple of documents refused by the other party earlier has now been accepted........
How will we prove if sumons are not issued by the court......?
