Summon issued by High Court to USA address

My Sister in law has filed An online FIR against me (Jharkhand) from USA under 498A. I approached High Court for quashing & got the stay order in 1st hearing itself. She is residing in USA. High Court issued notice to her ( USA address) which is not delivered probably due to wrong PIN code in the address. How & after how much time , notice can be issued again. already 2 months have been passed since 1st notice was issued.
