I filed a suit in a Bareilly- UP civil court relating my property dispute in July 2011.Court issued summons to the opposite party to present and answer , but the opposite party is not receiving summons ,is there any law / legal bindings/ practices ,so that opposite party receive summons and present in the court andbound to answer .
