Suggestion on 125 crpc maintaince

Hi All, My wife studied Post Graduation ( MSC Chemistry) and before marriage she was working in Govt department as contract basis prior to that she had 3 years experience and she has total 3.6 years experience.after marriage she is not working. I have all her educational certificates and experience letters. Is she claim maintaince(125crpc).if so how much it would be ? Please suggest.

The cross examination should be good and skillful. File all the evidence on record and argue the case well. Properly arguing the case is a must.

What stand should be taken depends upon the overall facts and circumstances of the case and then it should be decided as to the suitable stand and there cannot be a general reply for that.
