Succession certifiacte of other state

As my unmarried daughter is decesed now living in maharashtra. And i (mother) am a resident of madhya pradesh. So i had to take succession certificate from civil court of maharashtra or Madhya pradesh ? For transfer of property of my daughter situated in maharashtra.

She is your own daughter then  just transfer by gift deed is enough.
