In case of a death of owner a succession certificate is essential to claim the immovable property ownership. In absence of this it is very difficult to judge the legal heirs the property and it is also difficult to sellout the same without a succession certificate. Thanks
Sir thank you . Reading of S278 of succession Act 1925 Says that amount of claim be mentioned in application. Title documents of deceased properties are not required u,der application of 278. The petitioner however can supply address of "Im.prop" in application. The court cannot dismiss application if documents are not submitted. Sir this is my point.
