submitting false affidavit

Dear members, Opposite party (employer) beside giving false statements, has filed false written statement (supported by affidavit) and fabricated documents (certain lines/points, whivh are inconsistent with their case, have been erased/omitted by the employer from emails), have been submitted before the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal. Though, I have placed enough material to nail employer's lies before the Presiding Officer, can any additional legal action be initiated against the employer for miguiding the court by providing false information and fabricated documents, in Industrial Tribunal itself or in any other court? If yes, under what sections and branch of law. Please advise. Infact, I want an early settlement, which, I feel, might be possible only when the employer finds himself traped. Thanks and regards.
