Street cricket nuisance in streets by children

Dear Experts,

I am living in a peaceful residential area since more than 30 years in Hyderabad city, Telangana State, We are having our own house. My neighbour recently given some portions for rent to tenants and both the owner children and tenants children, all about 10 children playing cricket daily on the public road during night time from 9 pm to 11 pm daily by shouting in a very irritating voice making lot of nuisanance and disturbing our sleep during night time, and sometimes nearby Apartment children also joininng them and the situation becomes even worst. Now,We have no peace of mind during night time and the situation becomes worst during holidays.

We have requested the owner not to allow children playing on the road but he is not listening and saying there is nothing for the playing on the road in fron of thier house,

My friends said that that police won't take any action in case of any complaints lodged against children. I am unable to live in a peaceful atmosphere whenever group of children  playing on the road near to my house.

Kindly give your valauable advice for avoiding this nuisance.

Thanks,

Narayan Swamy

Quick Summary
Residents in Hyderabad are experiencing significant disturbance from children playing loud cricket on the street late into the night. Despite requests to the property owner, the issue persists, impacting the peace of the neighbourhood. Advice suggests lodging a criminal complaint against the parents of the children involved, potentially with the support of other affected residents, though some suggest police may not intervene in such matters and amicable settlement with parents is preferable.

You first lodge a criminal complaint against the parents of the children allowing them to create nuisance and threatening you with dire consequences if you object the children creating nuisance to everyone in the surrounding.

You may gather other affected residents in your complaint to make it more stronger.

Settle matter amicably with parents of children.

Police has nothing to do with this children issue.

Mr Advocate R k Nanda...I am sorry sir, i am sure you are failed Lawyer...I am a common man and in the same hyderabad...I have seen many such issues going out of hands and resolved by the police...So kindly be quiet or refrain from making Stupid comments...Do you have any idea how extreme things have happened because of this nuisance...Do you know their is law where persistently annoying residents is also a crime? You are from delhi and for absolutely trivial issues in Delhi, many instances are their where people killed each other...I am 30 years and your experience is 41 years...so please don't give stupid advices like "go and speak to those children and Police cannot do anything"...Do you know the age of those children? they can be above 15...Do you want that man to simply suffer and not live in peace? What are you talking...You are most probably are that lawyer who sits under a tree and collects 100 rupees for every notary...
