After husband filed divorce under cruelty sec.13, wife file 498A and 406 for streedhan recovery though she had took all her jewellery without informing anyone at the time she left marital home. But after bail husband family want to return back and inform the IO but during 3 years she not taken back streedhan. 498A charge sheet not yet filed and Divorce case are running.
The question is "not taken back streedhan " wiill make any difficulty in future to husband or it is completely police responsibility ?
