Status of area between house and compound wall.

There are 3 portions settlement (2012) from father to his three daughters through Registration. One of the sides border is mentioned as House( Which is still existing there) and other borders as where as they were.

But there is a 4feet passage existing between House and a Compound wall . But This compound wall was not mentioned in Registered deed. In later course of time that House is gave up to somebody in 2018 by mentioning that border is upto this compound wall.

What is the area that daughters have exactly? The Area upto House or Compound wall?

Req you to clarify..

The settlement deed is the authority in this regard.

The details mentioned in the deed about demarcation will be the authentic information in this regard.

You may visit the registered settlement deed for having more clarity

Sir,

Both are settlements Documents only. First One mentioned upto House( where Compound wall was not mentioned). Second ONE REGISTERED UPTO Compound wall.

Now the vacant area between Compound wall and House which is around : 372 Sq feet is in dispute.

As there is a vacant area of 372 sq. ft. left now it belongs to both of the daughters if no other legal heirs are there.  If other legal heirs are there, all the legal heirs have an equal share in the vacant area.

It would be appropriate to show the settlement deed to a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of document and proper advise.
