Stamp fees required on no-objection certificate

I have to submit No-Objection certificate for transfering shares, nearly of amount 1 Lakh, in the name of my mother because my father is expired.
It is mentioned in letter given by company(Reliance Industries) that it should be "Attested By Notary". So I  want to know that what amount of stamp should be affixed by notary for this No-Objection ducument.

Thank you Sir for your reply, but I have doubt regarding No-Objection certificate to be submited by Me and my brother, to allow company to transfer shares to my mothers name.

I want to ask you that how much amount of stamp should be affixed by notary to attest it.
