We purchased property in 1987 from builder. This property is flat on second floor and is coming under Gram panchayat of village. The builder made the sale agreement on the plain paper with us in 1987. we purchased property for RS 75000 ( Say Rs seventy five thousand ) in 1987. and paid amount to builder. But till today we not registered the property in our name.
