Stamp duty on relinquishment deed-- rights relinquished by blood relations for consideration

Our family owns farm land on which I want to process relinquishment deed with other family members showing consideration. Will Stamp duty be charged for this deed? Or since the deed is between blood relations Can I execute it on 500 RS stamp paper.

In which State is the property situated?  Relinquishment deed requires stamp duty according to that state.
