Dear Experts
I have taken home loan in 2010 from a PSU bank and I have paid stamp duty of 10000/-for agreement wih the bank. Now I want to transfer my loan to an another bank. Whetehr I have to paid stamp duty of same amount again for agreement with the new bank.

that document was deposit of title deeds. if u tranfer the loan other bank same procedure should be done.
