I bought a raw house in 2008 at bharuch gujarat.But there is a mistake in its proportionate common area descripttion.It was written 10 sq.mtr instead of 110 sq.mtr.
Now whether i have to pay stamp duty for this additional 100 sq.mtr.
If yes,per sq.mtr rate will be same as my plot area or less?
If i will go for rectification deed in 2011.duty will be charged on basis of 2008 or 2011.

mr.nimesh..if u go for a rectification deed u need to pay stampduty as per 2008 m.v.rates and for remaining 100sq mts only..

for common area & actual plot area,Jantri rates remains same or some conncession is given for common area.

rate is same.....as far as the stamp duty for registration of properties....
