I'm new to this forum. We are planning to take a resale flat in Miyapur, Hyderabad.
Can you let us know what is the current stamp duty and Registration charges in hyderebad for a resale flat?
Also, do i need to pay stamp duty for the entore flat amount or for the amount for which i'm taking the loan.
