I would appreciate any advice, support on the below quire.
# Can a SRA Scheme House be given on Rent ?
# I am sure it cant be, But if it has been given on rent by a government employee in whose name the SRA flat is, what are the consequences ?
# If I have to file a complaint against the same, report to the authorities or bring to their notice, who is the right point of contact ? (Name, address and email would be appreciated)
# Do i need a lawyer for this ?
# Will I have to file a Police Complaint or will the authorities do it ?
# Can i file an anonyomous complain ?
Just a general brief of the SRA Flat,
The hut in mahim was brought by my neighbour age 78 years Female, 20 years back for 70000 RS for her daughter and son in law... initially they stayed there for few years eventually a different relative died and willed her house in their name which was in a "WADI" in Mahim and they moved there, all the while the house was maintained and all the dues were paid by the lady, the son in law over a peroid of time got the house transfered in his name without the lady's knowledge and today is staying in a plush society in mahim, given his SRA house on rent for 20000, per month and the lady has no say in it.
Please advice, support to help the lady get her house back. If any of you is from Mahim, you may know the lady, she is quite famous and has helped a lot of people in building their careers.
