Sra ownership

Dear Sir,

I m liivng in a SRA room & it is in my FATHER name who has expired.

Later on nominee my mother she has also expired.

Now, I being the elder one i m the nominee at present.

10 yrs have been completed of this oroject a few days earlier.

Now, the problem is that my BROTHERS WIDOW is residing with me with her daughter.

She has brought a letter from SRA & submitted to the society  stating that her name should also be added as a nominee.

Please let me know who will be legally owner of the room,

& is the SRA documnet valid for her.

& if the society not supports me where I should launch a complaint.

Please also guide me which docs are required FOR me to submit the Society.

THANKS & REGARDS,

NARPAT SINGH MOMAVALA

ANDHERI (EAST).

Dear querist,

There is no rule as such that elder of the family will be nomine in the assets of deceased.

If the deceased has passed without valid WILL then all the legal heir will beneficiary  in property of deceased.

Thanks and Regards
