Sra development

Dear Sir

I stayed in slum declared area ( Malad, Mumbai ) and our land already sale by our land owner / given development rights for development under SRA scheme to one of the builder 10 years back. We heard that he completed our all process i.e. annexure II, LOI etc.

But since last 10 years he has not given us room under SRA schem. We have not left our home struture till now.

Now one new builder wants to develop our area under SRA scheme, for that he need our concent and agreement from us. So that he can make application to SRA on behalf of us and he will settle existing builder demand who had the convense of our area.

Is this is correct way and in future where any step we will stuck ?
