Spot mahajar

A fabricated case has been lodged against a senior citizen for extortion. There is a spot mahar pertaining to a fictitious incident with the sign of 2 panchas who are brothers of the complainant. The spot mahajar itself is fabricated.

The case diary has no record of the panchas or the mahajar. Is this sufficient ground to file any case against the IO for fabrication of proceedings?

In other words, is the mahajar required to be entered into the case diary?

Finding a good lawyer can actually be a daunting task for some. I have seen many lawsuits going haywire simply because of a lack of effective communication between the client and his advocate. With due respect to the noble profession, chinese dinner buffet near me most of the professional practitioners are busy like hell, and they don't have time even to pay attention to what the client might be actually talking about.
