I purchased a property in Mumbai. In the Share certificate issued to me, my surname is spelt incorrectly. Will this pose a serious problem? What is the correct procedure to rectify this ?

Forgot to mention that this is re-sale property and I am the second owner. So, I guess it's not correct to say that the share certificate was issued to me. Rather it was transferred.
