Is specific performance mandatory if the sale agreement is unregistered in Kerala. Since when it is mandatory in kerala to register sale agreements?
Fact is my cousin did a sale agreement to some money lenders when he was in a crunch. They are asking specific performance for that small amount.
As they are illegal money lenders is there any option to stop this sale from proceeding?
