My Son aged 39 yrs, Wife 58 yrs are joint owners of a flat in Bangalore. they wish to GIFT it to me, that is SON TO FATHER, and WIFE to HUSBAND. Is it allowed in Mohammedan law? Can you also give the relevant section of the law.Because my lawyer says, wife can gift to husband, but son cannot gift to father!
