Someone encroaching the government property

Dear All,

I need your support to face a problem.

Recently I shifted to North part of Delhi and noticed a place just outside of my locality. It used to be a government owed biogass plant and after it's non functional a family step into that property. Since it was an old lady with her two daughter noboady oppose them as shown a mercy.

Now everyone is looking a way to get them out from there, all night they have some illigal activities going on and most of time they have argument and fights with local passer by. If a person stop them to do these things they trap him in a police case for rape attampt.

All neighbourhoods want to file a complaint against them in one go, I took this as a volunteer. Please suggest where should I complaint for government land encroachment. So that concern authority should take the neccessary action.

Dear Rakesh,

Before you want to state that its a Government Property. Then try to obtain all necessary information with regard to property first under Right to Information Act. Further you can ask the Authorities on what ground they are allowing those ladies in such public property.

Automatically if they are living there illegally then Government will initiate steps to throw them out of same.

Many thanks for your suggestion, as per your suggestion we all resident are planing to file a formal complaint to the zonal SDM office as well as an RTI asking the same details.
