sir i have buy flat in bhayander march"2012. after buying flat i am going society to transfer paper submit but at that time secretary tell us first owner cheating with society funds rs. 1,00,000/-so therefore secretary not accept my transfer paper .society trf flat first owner to second owner dec"2011 but now they are demand outstanding rs with us means we are third owner. so that is a right they have first party outstanding demand with third party. every time i am going society and they told us to we are call commitee/general body meeting and decided about trf on my name. but they are not done any meeting and delay to trf my flat.further i have tell you sir i have not get noc from society at the time of flat buying therefore soceity asked to me pay first party outstanding amt rs. 100000/-
