Please guide.
I have purchased a flat last year December, at the time of purchase the Builder told that Society registration is in process and will be completed by February.
But later when I shifted I came to know that there is problem between the builder and 25 odd buyers (out of 80) who are not paying the VAT as this building was started between 2006 and 2010 and many of the purchasers have purchased the flat before 2010 and now when the VAT judgement came, the purchasers are not paying the VAT as it appeared in DNA newspaper of 27th stating supreme court passed a judgement that the vat is to be paid by the Builder/developer.
The Builder/ Developer is adamant and is not forming the society.
Please suggest the best step ahead.
