Society registration

Hi

Our society is based out on GF 19/2 Nabapally, Jyangra, Baguiati Kolkata - 700059. We haven't yet received completion certificate from the promoter though we have already completed mutation of flats individually.

Can you please suggest if we will be able to register our society without the documents of completion certificate.
