Society refuses to approve noc format

In which State and city is your Society? How was the Society formed? Was it that (1) a builder constructed the building, sold the flats to purchasers and the purchasers formed Society or (2)  a Co-operative Housing Society was formed first with founder members, the building was constructed by the Society with or without loan from LIC or other agency and after construction flats were allotted to members? Is the loan being recovered from the members in instalments? Has the tranferor got any loan liability which is being transferred the transferee. Your query has to be complete.
