I am the owner of the house. Recently my society has created a door access machine system of which a member can enter the main door of the wing by his/her finger print. The society chair refused to give the facility to us due to non clearance of maintenance dues and were adamant that we do whatever police complain or take any step they won't give such access. Leaving that matter aside, now at present I need society NOC for my passport verification by police. It is mandatory or application won't get processed further. Now also society is denying to give the NOC for passport. Is this allowed? Please help!
