prerare a letter addressing  the head of the dist police administration requesting to accept the letter as fir.

quote all the absues send by the culprit, as sms. get receipt of that letter from the office of the police head.

thereafter watch what they do. it is minor matter for police to find the culprit. post here what happend thereafter.

Complaint to the customer care and issue notice to them also to stop the service to him, but it is very difficult to do because every he changes the SIM.  So write  a letter /complaint to the superineted of police of your Dist., and sent the copy to the local police stattion and service providers of SIM

change the mobile number  and give the number to the persons you want and guess.  Then you will find out.  Also complain the  same to the cyber crime

And how to complain to cyber crime any specific address available for the same ....

To find out whether the person is  known person or unknown person .  If the number is changed it can only be given to close circle of friends.  So that you can find out yourself that who is the person.

For the cyber crime address your grievance to the superintendent of police of your area.  they will found out the person

if the problem is comming by the sms only ,then no need to change the sim.

just go to the message box and then message centre number and clear it.

nither message will come nor the ledy will get.

and if u want to punish the culprit then complaint to women cell.
