A private land/plots were notified as slum area by the corporation witout issuing notice or paper publication.prior to the said notification the land ownwr had filed suits for eviction against the tresspassers which was decreed and executuion pending. during pendency of said execution proceeding the said notificaion published without following due proceedure of law. however under maharashtra slum Act there is bar for even execution proceeding without permission of slum authority. Is there any remedy under Writ before Highcourt for strck down of said notification.
