My father has been contesting a case against UP State government of service matter. it is remarkable that earlier the stay in the case has been vacated by party no 1 by filling a counter of post abolition on which the petioner has been appointed though the order was without jurisdiction and the court has give liberty to the petitioner to file another case in which by the order of court UPSEB the parent department of the petitioner has also been made a neccassary party by honble high court and the petitioner has informed the UPSEB through their learned counsel and a counter had been filled by the party in 1998 though the court has given them a last opportunity to file the same in the year 1991 in which they have not made any statement of regarding the termination of the services of the petitioner from the parent department. The final order has been passed by honable high court on 7/8/2013 to the respondents to treat the petitioner in service of the board the petitioner came to know about the order on 9th march 2014 and instant served the order for its compliance but no action was taken by the respondents so the petitioner again filled a contempt against the respondent in which the respondents moved to supreme court after a gap on one year saying the the services of the employee had been terminated and the order by the high court has been passed without hearing the respondents on the basis of which the delay has been condoned and a stay has been granted to the respondents. It is notable the the whole case has been an outcome of large scale corruption that has been identified by the petitioner in the government and also the petitioner is in an starving condition since he has not been paid any salary by the respondents, Please tell what can be done in this case
