Dear All,
In the year 2004, we have registered a property with Site no: 16 and Schedule is North sit no.15, South Site No. 17, East by Road and West by House. The seller have just told the site no. with out seeing the layout plan and site no.
But actual site No. is 13 and Schedule is North sit no.12, South Site No. 14, East by Road and West by House.
Please suggets me what to do?
1. Rectification deed - If it is rectification deed , do I need to pay the Stamp duty on the present value of the site and registration fee.
or
2. Fresh deed:
