sisters power in a property

hey friends , i am looking to buy a property from a guy say mr X who has 2 sisters and 2 brothers ,The property was purchased jointly by his father and mother ,After X's mothers death .X's father wrote a will favouring mr X when he was minor.

my doubt is as the property was purchased jointly by his parents ,whether his fathers will favoring mr X is enough to enjoy the full right to the property or his sisters and brothers can claim their mothers share.

Note : the will has been written after his mothers death

Sisters may claim their share, as it was a joint property.
