if a single tenancy was created between A B and C , and en eviction order passed under 14 (1) e DRA on all three. B does not apply for leave to defend against eviction, A & C apply for leave to defend , so will eviction order against B will be passed immediately without first deciding leave application of A & C , if yes wil eviction order be passed against A & C also since single tenancy ?
