Sikkim Manipal University

Can someone tell me about the sikkim Manipal University distance education validity after the decision of the honorable high court dt 26.06.2015 in the writ petition no 4 of 2013. I took admission in july 2012 and my course will be completed in july 2015.. please experts comment.
