Signing as agent without POA

Is their any particular laws/acts that refrain an individual from signing on behalf of someone without a POA? I cannot find any particular section that fundamentally prohibits an individual from signing on behalf of someone without a POA apart from CPC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Mr Kulwinder Singh,

Could you please explain me your requirement?

Originally it was through below section the concept of POA was evolved.

Section 194 in The Indian Contract Act, 1872

Please correct if my understanding of your question is wrong.

 Thanks,

dear Mr Singh, no one can act on behalf of other person without his authority. If you have signed any instrument or document on behalf of other person without his authority either written or by usage you will be liable. POA does not arise in all cases or transactions.
