I had purchased a site 30*40 in 1993 in a newly formed layout in Bangalore east from land owner called Venkatesha where this layout is made in 3 acres. All of a sudden i.e. from 1997 the owner name of the whole 3 acres is showing as "Govt.(sarkar)" instead of "venkatesha" who is the real owner of the property in Pahani. Upto 1993 Pahani, it shows the owner name as "Venkatesha" later for 3 years it is empty and from 1997 to till date Owner name is showing as "Govt." in Pahani. Prior to 1990 i.e. from 1980 to 1990 owner name is shown as Berayya in Pahani. We came to know recently when one of my neighbour applied for bank loan on his house. We all formed as an association and went to court. Court gave the clearance by sending a letter to Asst. Commissioner but the file is still in pending from past 8 months with AC office.
When we appoarched our layout owner he said that this is becuase he showed more income on this 3 acres of property before forming the same piece of land into layout and now he is no more responsible for this.
Our layout has proper roads, drainage system etc... all the aminities as we build our houses around 16 years back. Is it safe to sell my porperty right or i won't be able to ? I don't want to put the buyer in trouble. If you think this issue can be resolved i can sell my property on after getting full clearance.
